ABOUT beth strong

BETH STRONG, MA, LPC

Holistic Psychotherapist, Astrologer, Meditation Guide

Beth Strong has been a holistic psychotherapist weaving together spirituality, mysticism, energy awareness, meditative practices, and for those who have interest, astrology, since the mid 1990’s.  She sees people both in person and via zoom. With a masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO (1996) she has also been a practicing astrologer since 1987.  Having gone through many life changes, she has personally traversed through marriage, divorce, raising a child, loss of family members, dealt with loved ones with dementia, and multiple life transitions.  A meditator for most of her adult life, she has explored spiritual teachings as well as how they integrate with healing since 1982.   She lives near Denver, Colorado with her husband, her lifelong love, after many years of separation, proving that love comes at any age.  Some call it luck.  Beth calls it understanding that sometimes growth must come first.

about

When you need to download, Beth knows to listen.  When you need feedback, Beth knows to give it. People find they get more interaction with her than in other therapeutic settings.  As for therapeutic stance, she has a deep well of understanding from many perspectives, from Jungian and psychoanalytic to dream work, to narrative therapy, to the spiritual side of listening to the almost silent whisper of the soul.  As each of us is unique, so too Beth’s approach is creative and in the moment. But always leading to a deeper understanding, a clearer picture, and freed up energy to explore the path and choices before you.

ABOUT A STATE OF GRACE

A STATE OF GRACE
HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY

Isn't grace what we all hope for a little more of?  We tend to, all of us, be so outer-directed, that we reach out, we look out, try to find help in so many ways.

But in the end, we find grace when we go inside.

That's what Beth helps her clients do: go inside.

And trust the answers.

No question she loves being on the water, preferably in a canoe. What could be more grace-filled? But we're not going to get anywhere without the paddles.
